Hundreds of you have sent us your pictures and told us your stories about how the music we unleash 24/7 at RadioU and TVU Music Television has impacted you! We thought we'd post some of them on this site.

We believe the music we play should be free for a whole LOT more people just like you. A revolution continues now.

They say music is the universal language of mankind. Everyone speaks it.

Does music really say anything? Usually. What it says can make a big difference. Life or death, sometimes.

We like life better. And so do the bands we play on the radio, on TV, and on your media player. We're committed to unleashing this music to anyone who will listen, because we like life better. Given a choice, we think most people would. A lot of people don't know they have a choice, though.

Here's where you come in, then. Over the next six months, we'll spend $450,000 on this music. We believe in this music THAT much. You probably thought playing music on the radio, cable TV, satellite, and online would be cheaper than that, but it's not. To keep the music free for everyone — free, without interruptions from those nasty corporate things called commercials — we need you to donate some money.

How much is really up to you. Maybe twenty bucks. Maybe $1,233. But something.

Oh, we almost forgot to tell you. People keep telling us to expand RadioU so they can turn on their radio and hear it where they live. We're almost ready to do that for millions of people. Possibly more than the entire population of New York state. Or Texas. Or Florida. We can't give you every detail just yet, but you can read more about it here. And then you can help us pay for it here.

And then there's TVU Music Television. Which looks pretty sweet on the Internet now by the way. It's on satellite and cable in some places, too. More channels and cable companies would put us on, but they wish we were HD. Come to think of it, so do we. For us, going HD will be a bit pricier than the shiny new TV you just hung on your dorm room wall. But it can be done if good people like you will help with something extra.

Did we mention we're a nonprofit organization? Which means your donation is taken seriously, and it goes a long way toward something good. Like unleashing music. Music that really says something to the people who need to hear it most.
